Woman Drives Into Pond

A Shreveport woman is recovering this morning after accidentally driving into the duck pond at Kings and Preston. Police say late Sunday night they saw the woman parked at the embankment. When they flashed their lights, they believe the woman drove forward instead of putting the car in reverse. Officers were able to pull the woman from the pond. She was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
