Crack House Busted, Dozen Arrested

Caddo/Shreveport Narcotics Unit officers busted two suspected crack houses Friday after a two week investigation. Police say people inside illegally distributed marijuana and crack cocaine in and around 3911 Flora Street, Apartment A and B. Undercover officers conducted two controlled purchases of narcotics and learned that the residences were working in conjunction distributing illegal narcotics. Agents seized approximately 8,288.0 grams of marijuana (SV $82,880.00 dollars) ready for distribution, $590.00 dollars in cash, 5 weapons (three long guns and two semi-auto pistols), three sets of digital scales and a large amount of distribution packaging materials. Agents arrested the following suspects as a result of the search warrants: 1.) Lesha Jenkins, B/M, 05-23-1972 Possession of Schedule I (marijuana) with Intent. 2.) Angie Richardson, B/F, 12-29-1986 Possession of Schedule I (marijuana) with Intent. 3.) Jerry D. Conner, B/M, 06-20-1979 Simple Possession of Schedule I (marijuana). Upon the completion of the search warrant, SLIU along with the assistance of MLIU began an eight hour "reverse" operation from the targeted residences. Agents sold marijuana and crack cocaine to 13 suspects that approached the undercover agents posing as narcotic distributors. The following is a list of arrested suspects during the reverse: 1.) I W/Int 4.) Lemon Bowder, B/M, 1-22-55, 3806 Cleveland, Poss. Sch. I 5.) Victor Johnson, B/M, 12-31-72, 2135 Carrie St., Poss. Sch. II 6.) Charles Manuel, B/M, 9-2-76, 3838 Winterpark Dr., Poss. Sch. I & Poss. Sch. II W/Int. 7.) Gerald Mutz, W/M, 2-10-82, 2407 Barbara St., Poss. Sch. I 8.) Robert Oliver, W/M, 10-10-70, 655 Lesa Ln., Poss. Sch. II 9.) Christopher Lacour, B/M, 10-26-71, 9224 Greenwood Rd., Poss. Sch. I 2nd Offense. 10.) Keegan Garradine, B/M, 3-24-79, 2719 Standard Oil Rd., Poss. Sch. I 2nd Offense. 11.)
