Hope Animal Control Truck Thief's Identity Revealed

The identity of a man accused of stealing the animal control truck from the Hope, Arkansas, city compound has been made public. Wade Griffin, of Queen City, Texas will soon be charged with theft in Hempstead County. The truck went missing back in May. It was recovered in Cass County, Texas still in tact. Animal control officers have put the truck back in service.
