Keeping Waterways Safe

Channel Markers out on the river that show boaters where they need to go are submerged. Deputies tell us there is also a strong current out on the water. Deputies weren't only out keeping traffic on the river moving safely. They were patrolling making sure boaters were staying sober. Deputies say if you do get caught drinking and driving a boat you will get a DWI.
