Terry Cooksey was arrested on April 19 for leaving his grandfather, Arthur Busby, lying on the floor of his Queensborough home for five days. Police stated that the 22 year-old physically assaulted the elderly man when the two quarreled over a video game. On Wednesday, Terry Cooksey pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to a charge of first degree murder in connection to his grandfather's death. Cooksey's original charge was negligent homicide.
