By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
In an effort to assist Officer Adam Wilson`s family, the Shreveport Police Department has established a bank account for those wishing to contribute. Officer Wilson died Saturday after being found unresponsive in his patrol car in the 3300 block of Darien Street. His exact cause of death has not been determined. However, an autopsy was expected soon. Wilson left behind a wife and three daughters. His widow is a full-time nursing student, and the girls are ages 1, 7 and 9. Anyone wishing to donate to the fund to help Wilson`s family is asked to make financial contributions to the Officer Adam W. Wilson Memorial Account at Capital One. Capital One has 22 locations throughout the region. Those making donations from outside Louisiana need to specify that this is a Louisiana account.
