Shreveport Police Searching for Endangered Runaway

nakeitagaston12007-06-08-1181338582.JPGShreveport police are hoping to find a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since May 16. Nakeita Gaston left her home in the 7000 block of Burlingame about 8:30 p.m. and hasn't been heard from since. She requires medication and has likely gone without it the since she went missing. She is known to frequent the Cedar Grove area. She is 5'2" tall, about 90 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black muscle shirt. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Gaston, contact Detective Patricia Lamotte at 673-7020 or Shreveport Police at 673-7300.
