Caddo Teacher Arrested for Filing False Police Report

Charles P. Smith was booked into Shreveport City Jail on a criminal mischief charge. He's accused of filing a false police report alleging he was punched in the face by the school's principal. An investigation revealed no red marks or swelling on Smith's face.
