Two Arrested For Possession

gA couple of Texans are in trouble with Arkansas State Troopers.  Hempstead County authorities say not  only were they caught driving 102 mph, but also they were in possession of various drugs. 

State Troopers identify the driver as 39 year-old Gary Chambers. His two passengers include 39 year-old Thurston Rushing and 28 year-old David McKinney.  McKinney does not face charges. The other two face various charges including meth manufacturing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
