Teacher Pay Raise

Even with the pay increase some support personnel in the Caddo parish school district still need two jobs to make ends. And many teachers end up leaving the parish to look for work elsewhere because of the pay.
And according to the Caddo federation of teachers last year Desoto parish had forty two new teachers come into the district and the majority of them were former Caddo parish employees.
