gBossier Parish Deputies and authorities in all surrounding parishes have an "all points bulletin" out for a driver who ran over a crash victim. Detectives aren't sure if the driver knowingly left the scene of a wreck. Deputies say 37 year old Jerry McGraw was riding motorcycles with 39 year old William Carter, also of Shreveport, when he rear-ended Carter as they passed Benton High School on Louisiana Highway 3. The collision caused both bikers to be ejected from the motorcycles. Carter survived the impact, however McGraw landed in the opposite lane and was run over by a blue sedan. Deputies are hoping someone who witnessed the incident will come forward so they can close this case.
