Natchitoches teen arrested for double shooting

Smoking gunA 15-year-old Natchitoches boy is behind bars on attempted second degree murder charges on Monday. The teen shot 22-year-old Brandon Green in the buttocks and thigh and 61-year-old Willie Carr, a passerby, in the leg on May 9. The incident took place after a group of four males were arguing on Anita St. near the Grace Ave. intersection. Both victims were taken to Natchitoches Regional Hospital and Green was later transported to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. The teen was taken to Ware Detention Facility and remains there without bond.
