Caddo Judges Hold Traning Session

During the two hour training session local judges spoke with families about criminal cases were teenagers were convicted of felonies. The goal of Wednesday's lesson is to keep teens from ending up in jail. After the session judges gave teens and their parents a tour of the jail.
