Mrs. Smith was reported missing in Bossier City, LA on March 24, 2007 while attending a women's religious conference at the Century Tel Center.

At the family's request, the Bossier City Police Department is distributing a flyer in hopes that someone will recognize her. There have been no new developments in the case. Detectives still have no indication that foul play was a factor in Mrs. Smith's disappearance.
