An officer involved shooting leaves a Shreveport man dead. It happened on W. 77th St. near Linwood Ave. around 10:30 Tuesday night. That's when police say 34 year old Kashiwa Pineset got out of a car armed with an assault style rifle and confronted 3 Shreveport cops. That's when police say Pineset and the officers exchanged gunfire. Pineset died as a result of his injuries but none of the officers were injured. All three officers have been placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation.
