Shreveport Police Investigating Carjackings

dShreveport police need your help in finding suspects wanted in connection to 2 carjackings that happened Monday night. 24-year old Andrew Knecht from Baton Rouge and a juvenile passenger lost their car around 1:00 a.m. in the 3100 block of De Soto Street. Knecht says he gave 3-black males a ride for directions to I-20 in his 1999 black and purple Honda Accord. The other car-jacking happened around 9:00 p.m. Monday. It happened at a gas station in the 2000 block of Bert Kouns. Police say 68-year-old Bobby Hughes of Shreveport lost his vehicle at knife-point. Police are looking for a 2006 Chevy Colorado pick-up truck, double cab. It's blue gray, with license W865324. The suspect is a white male, 6-feet tall, 180 lbs, with short black hair.
