A number of warnings, but no confirmed tornado touchdowns in the ArkLaTex Tuesday. But heavy rains did cause major problems for motorists in Marshall, Texas. One Marshall daycare was forced to evacuate 60 children to another building after three-feet of water flooded into the building. Also reported: Widespread flooding of streets and other low-lying areas of Marshall along with a number of fender benders And traffic at 5-major intersections in the city was halted at one point. No injuries were reported.
