Bossier Business Man Running For Louisiana House of Representatives District 9 Seat

Bossier Parish Business owner, Henry Burns announced Tuesday he's seeking Billy Montgomery's seat in the Louisiana House of Representatives District 9. Henry Burns currently serves on the Bossier Parish School Board and says he's running to bring change to the state government. Burns says he has the right experience to get the job done due to his background in business and economic development.
