27 Apply to be Shreveport's New Police Chief

 The city of Shreveport is one step closer to naming a new Chief of Police. In all, 27 people applied to be the new Chief. All 27 must now take and pass a civil service test. Those who pass will then move on to interviews with Mayor Cedric Glover, who will then make his choice. Here's a complete list of applicants: 1. Calvin M. Abram, Sr. SPD 2. Richard A.
