Bradley, AR City Official Guilty of Embezzlement

A former water and sewer director is heading to prison for embezzling thousands of dollars. Keitha Ludlum has admitted to stealing $184,000 from the city of Bradley starting back in 2000. An audit later discovered the missing money. A judge sentenced Ludlum to 18 months in prison and ordered her to repay the stolen money.
