Bossier Parish Deputy Laid to Rest

A Bossier Sheriff`s Deputy killed July 23rd was buried Saturday morning. Derrick Wayne Jones was killed Sunday night in an off-duty motorcycle crash. Jones funeral was held at 11:00am Saturday at the Greenwood Acres Full Gospel Baptist Church. A vigil for Jones was held from 9:00am until the start of the funeral.
