Pet Savers has a mission to save animals and educate the public

It's spring time and that means more litters of cats and dogs being born to unspayed/neutered animals. 

Local shelters like Pets Savers have more than a dozen puppies right now who need good homes.  NBC 6 speaks with the founder of the no-kill shelter about their mission, and how you can prevent this from happening.
