A jury has found a Stonewall man guilty of Molestation of a Juvenile.
Last week the 12-person jury returned a unanimous verdict against Jeremy Elkins.
Elkins, 36, was arrested on Jan. 2011 after the victim's mother filed a report with police.
In 2008 Elkins, a family friend, allegedly woke the 12-year-old girl from her sleep, took her to a car outside his home and sexually assaulted her.
It was not until a few years later that the girl was able to clearly verbalize details of the attack and that's when family members notified authorities.
The court has determined that Elkins will remain free on bond until his June sentencing date. He could face up to 99 years in prison.
