Sex Offender Pleads No Contest

A Texarkana man pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy. 20-year-old Matthew Shempert will spend 10-years on probabtion. He must also register as a sex offender and pay all court fees. In November 2005, Shempert is accused of engaging in sexual acts with the 12-year-old boy.
