A Keithville man who was arrested for sexually assaulting a student faces additional charges.
On Wednesday Jeremy Pierce, who worked at Port City Christian Academy on Greenwood Road, was charged with molestation of a juvenile.
The charge stems from an incident that dates back to 1996 when Pierce was 17 and committed a sexual assault on a 6-year-old girl.
Pierce remains in the Caddo Correctional Center after being arrested on Feb. 13 for aggravated rape, sexual battery, and prohibited sexual conduct between educator and student. His bond on the original charges was set at $750,000.
