East Texas authorities investigate early morning murder

Investigators are looking for a suspect in connection with the shooting death of a Marshall man.

The shooting happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. Friday morning in the 500 block of Georgetown Road.

Police say David Cherry, 29, was found inside his home with a single gunshot wound to the head.
