An investigation is underway on four Liberty-Eylau Independent School District employees.

While not many details could be released on the situation, Matt Fry, the Media Coordinator for the district was able to provide some information.

Fry says that around February 15th, a student and parent came forward with some allegations that placed three teachers and one principal on a paid administrative leave.

The name of the school and all people involved are not being released at this time.

While the allegations are also unknown, Fry says officials are taking it very seriously.

"At Liberty-Eylau we understand that everyday, parents send us the most valuable thing they have, their kids. Our job is to educate these kids, and a big part of that is ensuring the safety of our students, and ensuring they can learn in an environment that they feel safe."

Right now, the LEISD Police and Human Resources Departments are conducting the investigation to see if any charges should be filed.

If charges are made, more information and specific details would then be released.
