Rhoda star diagnosed with terminal illness

Actress Valerie Harper, best known for her memorable '70s role on the television sitcom Rhoda, is battling brain cancer.

The 73-year-old recently underwent tests that revealed she has a condition known as Leptomeningeal Carcinomatosis.

Doctors say Harper may have as little as three months to live.

Harper also battled lung cancer back in 2009.
