The purpose of the organization is to create a beautiful city through volunteering and education.
At Thursday morning's event, about 300 trees, all provided by Texas A&M Forest Service, were handed out to the public.
Group secretary and treasurer, Melanie Thornton, says the response has bee great.
She just hopes the community will understand that beautifying the area actually starts with them.
"We just want to provide just as much as we can for people to take care of their own property, improve their property, and take pride in their city."
This is the second year the event has been held.
