LSUS drops soccer from athletic program

LSUS Press Release:

After much discussion at all levels of the university, difficult decisions had to be made for the good of the LSU Shreveport athletics program.  It was determined the most viable option is to replace the sports of men's and women's soccer with men's and women's cross country.  This was the most viable option in maintaining an affordable high-quality athletics department
