Today the organization is holding its 2013 health fair at Brookwood Baptist Church on 9014 Brookwood Church Way in Shreveport.

The health fair which is sponsored by the Northwest Louisiana Chapter American Red Cross runs until 1 p.m.

You will have a choice between two blood screening options that will determine your risk for heart disease.  The tests cost anywhere from $40 to $50.  Pneumonia vaccines will also be available for $30.
