Boil notice issued for parts of Bossier Parish

You need to boil your water if you live in certain parts of Haughton.

Tuesday the Village Water System issued the advisory after an emergency repair on the main line.

The boil notice includes residents on Hwy 157 North of Hwy 528 to include Calloway Dr.

You should disinfect your water by boiling it for one minute before you drink it, make ice or brush your teeth.

The Village Water System will keep the advisory in effect until further notice.
