Electrical fire damages home in South Shreveport

Fire breaks out at a home in the Cedar Grove neighborhood.

Firefighters responded to the blaze shortly after 10 a.m. in the 500 block of W. 63^rd Street.

The fire, which caused smoke damage to the interior floor of the house, may have been caused by an electrical short.

No one was at home at the time of the fire.
