Krewe of Aesclepius has Fat Tuesday covered in the ArkLaTex

The Krewe of Aesclepius hosts several Fat Tuesday festivities in the Shreveport-Bossier area.  Kicking off the fun, their annual children's Mardi Gras Parade Tuesday at 7 P.M. in the parking lot of the Pierre-Bossier Mall in Bossier City.

After the parade, the krewe hosts a party at their den called Upstate.  Finally, they'll ride the floats back to the Texas St. Bridge for Mardi Gras Closing Ceremonies.  The bridge is closed down every year for champagne toasts.
