Moonbot Studios is creating a new computer game called the "Golem" and they need your help.

The Golem is based on a Jewish folktale. The game is set in 16th century Prague. The player of the game is the "Golem" and it's their job to save Prague from invaders.

The company is using the crowd funding website, "Kickstarter" to generate $750,000 to pay for production costs of developing the game.  On Feb. 4, the company launched the campaign. By 6 p.m., the company generated 148 backers and $8,625 in funding.

Moonbot Marketing Director Sara Hebert said using Kickstarter is less risky because it demonstrates there's a demand for the game.
