Krewe of Wag-uns parade rolls out in Natchitoches

You will soon get a chance to see a Mardi Gras parade filled with cute animals.

The Krewe of Wag-uns Children & Pet Parade rolls out at 2 p.m. Saturday Feb. 9 in Natchitoches.

The parade will start at the Bank of Montgomery, south on Front St. to Touline St., then left on Rue Beauport to the downtown riverbank.

King Rex Rufus & Queen Mutt A Gras will reign over the PAWTY at the riverbank stage and awards will be announced for Best Dressed Child, Best Dressed Pet and Most Unusual and Best Float.
