Caddo and Bossier authorities are joining forces to track down a man and woman accused purchasing items with stolen credit cards.

Investigators say the couple was seen on video at a local discount store where a stolen credit card was used the same day to purchase electronic items.

The Caddo-Shreveport Financial Crimes Task Force is looking into four cases where credit cards were stolen from the purses of employees at retail stores across Shreveport-Bossier.

The cards were used to purchase electronics in Shreveport and Bossier City on the same days they were stolen. The credit cards were also used at a Bossier City department store.

The thefts occurred between Jan. 3-21 and the total value of items purchased with the stolen cards was $5,000.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Caddo Sheriff's Detective Yomeka Evans at (318) 780-7255 or Bossier City Police Detective Matthew Bragg at (318) 741-8831.
