Family and friends gathered in Oil City to release balloons, prayers and loving thoughts for a woman they miss deeply.
30-year-old Tracy Winslow disappeared on January 23, 2011. Police found her burned out car but never found her body.
Winslow's cousin Felicia Starks organized the balloon release to honor Winslow's memory and to pray for answers.
"We're still praying for her return, someone to come forward and speak and let us know, give us what we've been praying for the past two years, which is for her to be brought home so we can have some closure so we can move on," said Starks.
Winslow's ex-boyfriend Eddie Jackson is currently serving a sentence for second degree kidnapping and simple arson in connection to Winslow's disappearance.
Jackson and Winslow had three children together.
"The hardest part for me is watching her baby. you know, go through every day and asking 'where's mama?' and 'why did mama have to leave me?'," said Starks.
Winslow's mother Maggie Winslow also wonders why her beloved daughter had to go so soon.
"I miss my child very much. I can't sleep at night thinking about her," sobbed Maggie Winslow.
The family says through it all, their faith has given them strength.
