Flu shots at Barksdale are standard protocol.
"We require all active duty members and hospital employee members to get vaccinated," Cpt. Kelly Franklin said.
It's a virus that takes no prisoners and Barksdale does it's best to help not only the airmen but their familes.
"We do have the nasal spray here for children and the shot for others that need it," Maj. Jim Stigers said.
