10-year-old Students Charged with Making Terroristic Threats

Two 10-year-old Sunset Acres students were taken into custody by Shreveport police Monday on charges of writing two threatening notes.
Officials say the children, a boy and a girl, were upset at their teacher and wrote the notes, which were then taken up.
The students were booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.
Officials said there did not appear to be any danger to the staff or students and that the students did not appear to have the means to carry out the threats.
