Spring 2013 gets off to cold and rainy start at NSU

Students endure chilly temperatures and heavy rainfall as the spring semester gets underway at Northwestern State University.
Monday students were seen bundled up in coats and holding umbrellas as they made their way to class.
Late registration for the spring semester will continue through Jan. 23.
An eight-week A-term that began Monday will end on March 9. The eight-week B-term will start March 11 and end on May 3.
