Centenary surges past Southwestern

SHREVEPORT - The Centenary men overcame a seven-point first half deficit to beat Southwest 65-55.

Shreveport native Jonathan Blount led the Gents with 21 points on 7-14 shooting.

The win moves Centenary to 7-7 on the year. Adam Walsh's crew returns to action Saturday, Jan. 12 against Trinity.
