Endangered / Missing child advisory for Benton Children

Louisiana State Police have issued an endangered/missing child advisory for James Kevin Fraiser Jr. and Gracie Fraiser, who may be traveling in the Benton/Shreveport or Grannis, Ark areas accompanied by their non-custodial parents.  The children who have been in foster care, were taken yesterday by their parents, James Kevin Fraiser Sr. and Mary Evalyn (McGray) Graham.  They may be driving a white 1998 Chevrolet Malibu bearing LA plates TAM 384. Anyone having information on their whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office at 318-965-2203.
