Dozens of dog lovers united in Downtown Shreveport Sunday for the first ever "Unsinkable Pup Walk."

The walk began at Sci-Port: Louisiana's Science Center and traveled to several locations in the Red River District.

It was organized to promote the final weeks of Sci-Port's Titanic Artifacts exhibit, which ends January 20.

While the dogs got some exercise, the dog enthusiasts learned about the dogs that were aboard the Titanic.
