Children at LSU Health - Shreveport got a team-ful of special guests.
The entire University of Louisiana - Monroe football team took time out of their busy I-Bowl practice schedule to meet pediatric patients spending Christmas at the hospital.
Teammates all signed autographs and hand delivered them to each room. The parents were thrilled to see their sick babies and children smile.
"I think it's important because I know how important Christmas was to me when I was younger - to make their Christmas better is a good feeling," said Kentarius Caldwell, ULM defensive end.
Later in the afternoon, ULM's opponent, Ohio University's football team also visited the hospital's pediatric wing.
