How would you like to give your face a little lift, without surgery? A new high-tech procedure can make you look years younger, with no pain and no downtime.
In just a few minutes, you can make few years disappear. Cathy Rogers says she takes good care of herself and wants the outside to match the youthful way she feels on the inside.
"Idon't want the first thing that people see on me is a baggy neck. I want to stay as young looking as i can for as long as i can," said Cathy Rogers.
To combat gravity, she opted for a new age-fighting procedure called Exilis. It uses radio-frequency energy to turn back the hands of time.
"The Exilis bulk heats the skin to help tighten the fat and firm the collagen. So we're helping to reduce fat on the body and also at the same tighten the collagen," said Dr. Sarah Glorioso of ArkLaTex Dermatology.
A technician at the Bossier Office applies a cooling gel to the skin and uses the Exilis wand to target trouble areas. The process only takes about 30 minutes. Cathy would stop by the office on her way to work to undergo treatments.
Doctors recommend a series of five treatments to get desired results. It can be used on the neck, jowls and eye area to tighten the skin.
"Then of course we also do body parts - the arms when women don't like the size of their arms, inner and outer thighs are popular and then the adbomen. the belly," added Dr. Glorioso. "A lot of people do it after pregnancy to tighten that loose saggy skin."
Dr. Glorioso says the procedure will not replace liposuction or other surgery. It's for patients looking for subtle, natural results.
Exilis treatments for the face cost $200 each or $800 for a package of five. For the body, each treatment is $250 or $1000 for a package of five.
