Since law enforcement began moving the materials at Camp Minden local attorneys Kyle Robinson and Ryan Gatti have filed a class action lawsuit against Explo Systems Inc on behalf of everyone that was physically, mentally, and emotionally injured from the explosion and the evacuation.

The attorneys argue that while the clean up is going on evidence is being removed and tampered with.

While Explo's attorney would not comment, they did file a response.

Explo denies any violation of law for the storage of the materials. They argue under state law, the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections is responsible for regulating and enforcing the rules for explosives.

Explo also questions the experts the Plaintiffs wish to use, along with noting the area has been photographed and video taped repeatedly.
