It's the 34th annual celebration of "Miracle Babies" at the Christus Sutton Children's Medical Center.
The celebration was held in honor of all the children born prematurely or with developmental problems at the Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The children, along with their parents, got a chance to reunite with the nurses and physicians who helped save their lives.
"It means a lot," said Dr. Sara Sibley. "I see some kids that we never thought they would survive much less talk, walk around, and we're seeing them do just that so it's exciting."
The miracle children were able to take a picture with Santa, enjoy some cake, and get their faces painted.
Several dozen children took part in Sunday afternoon's celebration.
