One dead after armed robbery in Marshall restaurant

Marshall Police have arrested 25-year-old Eric Alexander Mills, of Marshall, in connection to the shooting. He has been charged with Capital Murder.
An armed robbery at Domino's Pizza in Marshall, TX leaves one dead.
According to Marshall Police, two employees were shot during an armed robbery at the Domino's Pizza located at 2100 Victory Drive. The 911 call came in around 9:55 p.m.
The two employees were transported to Good Shepard Hospital. One of the victims, 21 year old Raymond Gomez of Marshall, died as a result of his injuries. The condition of the second victim is unknown.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6' 0" to 6' 2" in height, approximately 250 lbs, in his mid to late 20's. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black athletic type pants. He was wearing a black or dark colored sweater, and a knit cap with a red ball on top. He was last seen leaving on foot.
