Chimp Haven hopes to have a merry little Christmas

By: Nikki Henderson
Updated: December 6, 2012

Chimp Haven wants your help to make the holidays brighter for their resident chimpanzees.

During the month of December the non-profit organization is asking the community to choose a gift to donate from the Amazon wish list.

This year's wish list includes items such as One Touch Ultra Count Test Strips, Ensure, Gummy Vitamins, Idahoan Real Premium Mashed Potatoes and Cary's Sugar Free Syrup.

You also will be able to donate educational tools such as binoculars, World Maps and iPads that are used for Chimpanzee Discovery Days and Classrooms that Care visits.

The supplies will allow Chimp Haven to provide the chimpanzees with a comfortable environment, behavioral enrichment activities and high quality veterinary care.

For a full list of wish list items, please visit amazon.com and enter Chimp Haven in the Wish List search box.  For more information about Chimp Haven or to donate, please visit chimphaven.org.
